Finance Associate [Taiwan]

 

Reporting to: As indicated on current organization chart.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Engaged in accounting work at least 4 years
• Familiar with Taiwan GAAP/IFRS and related tax regulation
• Practical experience in ERP implementation
• Familiar with accounting operations based on project orientation.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Employee expense reimbursement voucher establishment
• Vendor payment voucher establishment
• Hands on month & year-end closing practice
• Value Added Tax (VAT) declaration bimonthly
• Conduct inventory closing process and checking inventory variance when year-end auditing with CPA
• Assistance in preparing management reports
• Responsible for invoice issuing, to provide customer A/R list monthly, and generate A/R aging analysis report and share alert message to PMs
